This is an ongoing issue since 4.7, when some code was changed in Autopsy. The problem is that when a module that has job settings is loaded it does not serialize correctly, this is the error you are seeing, it has to be changed to a new method of storing ingest job settings. The modules will still function you just get that annoying message every time one of these modules is trying to load. When I get some time I am planning on fixing it so this error does not occur.
